Our Future
The Graphic Communications industry is evolving rapidly with exciting new technologies and opportunities. While these advancements enhance productivity, it's the people behind the tools who truly drive success. As many experienced professionals prepare for retirement, a new generation has the chance to step in and shape the future of the industry. To ensure a smooth transition, it's important to attract and prepare young, motivated individuals for rewarding careers in this dynamic field. The PICA Foundation supports this goal by partnering with schools and colleges, offering scholarships, sponsoring student awards, and providing professional development for educators. By investing in both technology and talent, the industry can continue to thrive and innovate.
