Our Purpose:
To encourage and assist through financial assistance and otherwise, worthy individuals primarily seeking education for careers in the Printing trade or industry.
The corporation is established to operate solely for public, charitable, or educational purposes. To support these aims, it may initiate and manage its own programs or provide support—financial or otherwise—to other organizations engaged in similar activities. It is authorized to solicit and receive donations, property, and other assets through various means such as gifts, bequests, or transfers. These resources can be held, invested, managed, and used in accordance with any restrictions set by the donor. Importantly, none of the corporation’s income or assets may be distributed to individuals for personal gain, including members, directors, or officers. However, the corporation may reimburse legitimate expenses and provide reasonable compensation for services rendered, which does not constitute a distribution of its income or principal.
